Featured Recipe:
Chili and Cheese Bean Dip

Ingredients:

1 can 16 oz. Chili beans or ranch style beans
1 8 oz. softened cream cheese (fat free or regular)
Cheddar cheese or monterey jack (whatever you prefer)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spread the softened cream cheese on a pie plate evenly. Pour the beans over the cream cheese. Bake until bubbly and add cheese on top until melted.

Serve with chips.

I love this recipe. It is one of the easiest things to make and it tastes delicious. I actually use the fat free cream cheese and I think it tastes equally good. For the dippers, use any chip you prefer. I think that tostitos or fritos taste the best, but use whatever you like.
