Banana Slush Punch |
5 bananas 1 (12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate 1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate 2-3 cups sugar 1 (46 oz) can pineapple juice water 4 quart club soda, ginger ale or lemon-lime drink, chilled
Mash bananas thoroughly and add slightly thawed frozen juices. Sprinkle sugar over mixture. Add pineapple juice, stirring well to dissolve the sugar. Put into a gallon container and fill with water. Freeze to a slush. Put mixture into a two gallon punch bowl and add the mixes. If lemon-lime or ginger ale is used, use less sugar. This punch base can be frozen and kept indefinitely. Allow several hours for the mixture to reach the slush stage before serving. Yields about 2 gallons.
